The tender tale of a cockroach and a skunk who believe themselves outcasts and not worthy of attending the special St. Francis Church Blessing of the Animals……a wonderfully written tale to teach children no one is an outcast.

“Francesca and Martin originally met in a trash can: He had startled her by rising from the garbage, wearing a cap of coleslaw and a mustache of yogurt.  As a young roach, Francesca was warned against churches; she knew personally of one entire roach family mercilessly crushed by the cleaning woman.  As the service approaches, Francesca yearns to be there, but Martin warns her against it:  “I don’t think we are meant to be included, Francesca.  It’s for the respectables, the cute and cuddlies.  We are outcasts, my dear.  They’ll never let us in.”

A donation basket will be available; all monies collected will go the Franciscan Friars, Union City,  continuing the work of St. Francis in our area.

Just what are Chakras, how do they affect our well-being?

Have you been hearing this word and wondering just what people are talking about…….I will teach you the basics of what the Chakra energy centers are, how they affect our well-being, and how color is associated with each one.  I will do an Aura scan for those attending to see which Chakra areas are out of balance.  I will also give you information about which gemstones can be worn or placed near Chakra areas to enhance wellness and vitality.  We will end the evening with an intense healing Chakra meditation to align and balance all Chakra energy.

Learn who your Spirit Guides, Guardian Angels, and Animal Totems Are
 
Wonder if you have a Spirit Guide…….how is a Guide different from a Guardian Angel…….. I will lead participants in a deep healing meditation to access intuitive information about their personal Spirit Guides, Animal Totems, and Angels.  Each person will access some information during this intense meditation, whether it be a message, a name, a glimpse of their Guide’s face, or an important message from them.  I also lead you into a healing meditative moment to try and make Spirit Connection with departed loved ones and pets crossed over.  We will learn the different types of Spirit Guides, how many Guides can walk beside you, and the purpose they bring.  Under deep meditation, you will be guided to draw your guides or write their names, bring drawing and writing material to class.

  Garrett is back!!!.....Reputable Paranormal Researcher Garrett Husveth is coming to Briar Rose before his ascent into celebrity with his network Reality Series.......Garrett Husveth has developed a companion lecture to his much anticipated new book Historic Haunts. This presentation will take the audience into select houses discussed in the book. Additionally, this lecture covers three historic inns in Bucks County, Pennsylvania and Cape May, New Jersey - areas that are not included in the book.   Captured EVP voices (a.k.a. paranormal voices) and strange sounds will be played for the audience from select locations mentioned in the upcoming book Historic Haunts.
